President & Vice President

Eric Shuster is the third generation President of Whitehall Insurance Adjusters serving alongside his wife Ashley as the acting Vice President and Secretary. Eric has been a member of the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council since 2018 and has been servicing claims in Pennsylvania and the tristate area since 2008.

Expert Adjuster in Trucks and Heavy Equipment

Brad has over 30 years experience and has been with Whitehall since 2016. Brad is also a member of the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council since 2014 and services Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and other states in the area.

NTHECC Objectives

  • To consider and deal by all lawful means with common problems of the members in the handling of insurance claims in truck and heavy equipment.
  • To promote and develop a high standard of ethics in the handling of insurance claims and to promote activities designed to enable members to expedite and to make more efficient the servicing of insurance claims for the public.
  • To promote safety in the ownership and use of trucks and heavy equipment and foster studies into the causes of highway accidents and ways and means of reducing the number of such accidents.
  • To bring about wider public recognition and acceptance of the functions of insurance.
  • To combat crime.
